This role will report into the Director of Employee Channels and partner to develop our employee communications channel strategy to facilitate effective information flow across every market, function and facility in our enterprise.This role requires a unique blend of employee / user experience, technical fluency, strategic thinking, project management skills and strong interpersonal abilities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. You’ll use data-led insights to drive decision-making and change management expertise to bring others along with you. The ideal candidate will have a related qualification (preferably in Communications or Marketing) and significant internal communications experience within a large multi-faceted organization, ideally with a considerable frontline population.Responsibilities* Partner to devise, execute and embed an effective and impactful employee communications and engagement channel strategy.* Create a governance framework to ensure best-practice channel utilization.* Design a qualitative and quantitative measurement framework to monitor effectiveness and efficiency of channel performance, communication activities and colleague feedback. Use data and insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.* Collaborate with market colleagues, change networks and digital champions to drive engagement and adoption of new technology and ways of working.* Partner with colleagues across Corporate Communications, Strategy & Transformation and Enterprise Service Management to design and implement new ways of working that revolutionize the digital employee experience at PepsiCo.What it takes to thrive in this role:* Fluency in communication technologies: Expertise of modern communication platforms and technologies, knowledge of global trends, outside-in thinking and best practice examples.* Curiosity and vision: A clear understanding of how consumers access and share content, and the ability to translate that to how we engage associates across internal/external channels.* A forward-thinking and innovative approach to anticipate and address new challenges within complex or growing business areas, regions, issues and topics.* Leadership and influence: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and work collaboratively across departments and levels within the organization.* Project management abilities: Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines across different time zones.* Analytical and measurement skills: The capability to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and adapt based on data-driven insights.* Agility and speed: Balance the need to innovate, and adapt to new tools and trends, with the ability to manage expectations.Compensation & Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100 based on a full-time schedule.* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.* In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree required (communications or relevant degree preferred)* 8+ years of experience in communications, marketing or PR, preferably with CPG / functional communications. Experience within frontline-facing organizations an advantage.* Passionate about the use of technology to reshape the employee experience.* Capable of articulating complex topics and translating ‘tech speak’ to plain language.* Reputable leader who takes the time to build relationships and instill trust. Confident leading others internally (within Communications and cross-functional), externally (agencies and consultants) and managing up - recognize when to take charge, roll up sleeves, council, seek support from subject matter experts. * Must have ability to think and act independently, using sound judgment, in an environment that is often ambiguous and dynamic - ability to make decisions, the right tradeoffs and delegate is critical for this role.* Strong communication and writing skills, (written, verbal, audio and video) under tight deadlines and through an employee consumption lens.* This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
