Actalent Architectural Job Captain in Providence, Rhode Island

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Job Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the production of construction documents, coordination with consultants, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production of construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.

  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success.

  • Manage day-to-day project delivery, including scheduling and budgeting.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Assist in design development and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Maintain project documentation and records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an architectural firm.

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.

  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $50.00/hr.
