We are searching for a trainee to support our Systems Engineering Team. In activities contributing to the design and development of products, solutions and systems. Possibility to participate on technical improvement of existing products and components and in time to join our team as a full employee and colleague.

Roles and Responsibilities
Possibility to learn how our engine is structured and gain knowledge of our product.
Engages in lively communication with colleagues to resolve issues in quality, live design introduction, and improvements.
Supports the resolutions of issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
Supports component and product integration, ensuring maximum performance and operability. Involves product and systems requirements, specifications, and flow down.
Basic understanding of key business drivers to complete tasks. Understands how own team's work integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
Supporting the team in making design changes on the systems level.
Keeping an eye on deadlines and assisting senior engineers.
Once knowledge of the company and engine is deepened, opportunity to become a small project owner, driving projects from beginning to successful completion.
Required Qualifications
This role requires good interpersonal skills.
Student at a relevant university in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Aviation, with a passion for aviation and availability for a full-year cycle (preferably in the last year of a Master's program).
Fluent English
Desired Characteristics
Czech language would be advantageous
Experience with project management, coordination and executing programs
