Your Role and Responsibilities
Test analyst / Test executor in this job role will have an experience in IT and software development. He/she will ensure that new and amended systems and interfaces perform as specified and agreed with the business. Testing Specialist will primarily apply his/her technical skills in an internal or external customer services and implementation environment. Testing Specialist focuses on Individual/Team/ Department Operational Objectives. IBM Czech Republic testing team is focusing on Test automation and Gen AI testing so we are expecting his/her growing in this role to Test automation specialist and/or in Gen AI testing. You can meet on projects with modern technologies as Cloud (IBM Cloud, AWS or Azure), Gen AI, AI, OpenShift etc.

Challenges the validity of given procedures and processes to enhance and improve or develop complementary adjustments /solutions.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
We are looking for a Test Analyst / Test executor to participate on IBM projects in this role. Candidate will be responsible for activites as testing analysis, test executing and logging defects etc.
We are expecting ability to independent solving problems during test activities and good communication skills.
Good Communicaiton skills
Frontend and backend testing experience at least 1 year
Analytical and problem-solving skills
IT Technical Overview
Good command of English and Czech/Slovak
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Nice to have:
Understand business domain
Software development experience
Test automation experience
