Manufacturing company in Poway hiring General Production Workers!
Job Description
As a General Production Worker, your primary responsibilities will be to feed corrugated (cardboard) sheets into machines and switch dye plates (cut outs) for each specific project. You will also assist the machine operator and receive training to potentially become an assistant. This role requires frequent lifting and interaction with machines.

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).
Pay rate is based on shift 1st $17 and 2nd $18hr.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Poway, California.
Work Environment
Our work environment is a large, loud machine shop with a fully automated warehouse. We have a diverse team of 67 people, primarily bilingual employees in English/Spanish. We operate in three shifts: 1st (6am-2:30pm), 2nd (2:30pm-11pm), and 3rd (9:30pm - 6am). It is essential that you are open to working overtime, which may include coming in early, staying late, and working on weekends.
