CNC Swiss Screw Machinist (2nd Shift: 2pm-10:30pm)
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled CNC Swiss Screw Machinist to join our fast-paced machine shop. The ideal candidate should have experience in a high-volume CNC machine shop and be capable of setting up and operating CNC Swiss Screw machines with minimal supervision. We are open to training machinists to reach the required skill level. This role requires a self-motivated, focused, and organized team player. You will handle production runs and setups on mostly repeat jobs. Proficiency with Micrometers and Calipers is essential.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC Swiss Screw machines with minimal supervision.
Perform production runs and setups on mostly repeat jobs.
Utilize Micrometers and Calipers to ensure precision and quality.
Work as a self-motivated, focused, and organized team player.
Essential Skills
CNC Swiss Screw Machine setup and operation
5+ years of experience with Swiss Screw Machining and setup
Experience with lathe machines
Proficiency in using Micrometers and Calipers
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Tsugami B0386-III Swiss Screw Machines
Experience with Citizen A32, L32, L20, and B12 Swiss Screw Machines
Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $40.00/hr.
