Robert Half Training and Document Control Coordinator in Portland, Oregon

Description

We are offering a contract position for a Training and Document Control Coordinator in the Energy/Natural Resources industry, based in PORTLAND, Oregon. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for coordinating training and maintaining document control across the business. This role will be instrumental in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining training program rosters, and assisting with training logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for training and document control inquiries and communication.

• Maintain up-to-date rosters of training program participants.

• Enroll participants in online courses and classes and track their progress until completion.

• Schedule regular check-in calls with trainees and mentors.

• Send standard template emails to trainees and their managers when necessary.

• Provide assistance with procurement and classroom set-up for training sessions.

• Manage logistics for training programs.

• Utilize Content Management System (CMS), Microsoft Excel, Learning Management Systems, Adobe Acrobat, and Document Management skills in daily operations.

Requirements • Proven experience in managing digital assets within the Energy/Natural Resources industry

• Proficiency in Content Management System (CMS) is required

• Practical knowledge in Microsoft Excel is essential

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems is necessary

• Experience with Adobe Acrobat is advantageous

• Solid understanding of Document Management processes and systems

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and advancements
