What is expected of me in this role?

The Preventative Maintenance Position is responsible for completing room and public space RMI (room maintenance inspections) and General Maintenance Program in a timely manner with attention to detail including but not limited to:

· Maintaining Paint Shop.

· Ordering parts when low.

· Cross-training on repairs, where applicable.

· Closing out work documents when they are completed.

· Organizing and maintaining the rooms PM cart.

· Work with Housekeeping on room block coordination.

· Assisting Building Engineers when work flow requires.

· Removal of Graffiti around building.

· Assisting with de-icing around building and weather related responses
