Description
Robert Half is seeking a Back Office Clerk to perform various administrative tasks and support the efficient operation of the back office for a respected organization in Portland. The ideal candidate will have prior back office support experience, attention to detail, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining back office records and documents.
Process and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies for the back office.
Provide general administrative support to back office staff as required.
Requirements
Experience in an office setting.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook especially).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
