We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. The Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through various testing and inspection processes. salary: $50,000 - $56,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections and testing of products at various stages of the production process.

  • Identify and document any defects or deviations from quality standards.

  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address and resolve quality issues.

  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality metrics.

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and best practices.

  • Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action planning.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide training to production staff on quality standards and procedures.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in Quality Assurance or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Technician or in a similar role.

  • strong understanding of quality control procedures and standards.

  • Proficiency in using inspection and testing equipment.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

  • strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.
