This is an entry level position with potential to move into a Night Selector position.

We are looking for Warehouse Pallet Wrapper Associates who relish the chance to push their potential, grow and reap the rewards of joining the US FOODS® family.   

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday from 4:45pm until completion.

Pay: $18.28 per hour

*Main Ingredients of the Job!  *

As a US FOODS® Warehouse Pallet Wrapper you will be responsible for wrapping all the outbound orders in the designated loading zones in compliance with company procedures and standards. Ensure all pallets are built according to preferred methods to avoid damage during transport. Keep pallets in work area wrapped according to dispatch times and on pace to avoid any hindrance in loader productivity. Verify header labels are in upper right hand corner for the loader to easily locate. Ensure work area is free of debris at all times. Assist loaders by unloading trailers. Raise door, lock trailer to dock & lower dock plate. Work in extreme temperatures of 100 + degrees and below freezing.

*What you bring to the table  *

Education/Training:  

  • High School Education or GED preferred  

      

Related Experience/Requirements:    

  • A minimum of one year's warehouse experience preferred  

  • Electric Pallet jack experience preferred

      

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:   

  • Good attention to detail  

  • Ability to read batch labels  

  • Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)  

  • Must be team-oriented and able to get along with others

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $16.28 per hour and $20.28 per hour.
