Bassett's Market Meat Department Manager in Port Clinton, Ohio
Join Bassett's Market and start a rewarding career at Bassetts Market. As the Meat Manager you oversee all aspects of the Meat Department, including ordering, receiving, and inventory management. Ensure the proper handling, storage and rotation of meat products to maintain freshness and quality. Train and supervise meat department staff on proper food safety procedures and meat cutting techniques. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new meat products and recipes. Provide exceptional customer service. Monitor and maintain accurate pricing and signage for all products. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
