Vacation Rental Inspector**

This role involves walking through and taking photos of properties, listing and assessing damage, documenting various elements of the property (condition, repairs, items, etc.). You will do or delegate minor maintenance and spot cleaning. Full or part time. We need someone to work the Port Angeles and west of Port Angeles areas, primarily.

Responsibilities:

1. Inspections

2. 1. Visually inspect properties for damages and cleanliness
   2. Communicate with vendors and staff. 
   3. Use apps and software to document your findings
   4. Restock supplies
   5. Record various items, such as Internet speed

3. Cleaning and Repairs

4. 1. Minor cleaning as needed (or call back the cleaners)
   2. Minor maintenance tasks, like replacing propane tanks, air filters, bulbs and batteries. No ladders, nothing that's infeasible.
   3. Open work orders and track their progress.
   4. Record billable hours

5. Inventory

6. 1. Record (via pictures) what items the property has, such as pots, pans, silverware, etc
   2. Supply shopping, or pick up from our storage shed 

7. Other

8. 1. Delivering or updating house books and other on site notices
   2. Emails and phone calls 
   3. Planning and tracking time
   4. Other tasks as needed

Required:

• Familiarity with google suite (gmail, sheets, pages)
• Good driving record and insurance
• Reliable car
• Smart phone

Preferred past experience

• House cleaning or 
• Maintenance 
• Photography
• Hot tub maintenance
• Phone apps

Compensation

• $17.50/hr 
• Mileage reimbursement
