Facilities Technician
Our valued client is looking for a part time Facilities Associates to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Facilities Manager. The ideal candidate will be able to perform minor facilities repairs, posses good time management skills and be self motivated.
Job Title:Facilities Technician
Location: Pontiac, MI
Pay Range: $19:00 to $21.00
What’s the Job?
Professional liaison with staff, vendors, contractors and inspectors relating to maintenance and operation, construction/repair projects, security, safety, licensing, janitorial and grounds maintenance
Inventory supplies and tools – keeping areas clean and organized
Plan and prioritize Issue Trak and/or email submissions of maintenance, repairs, or service requests
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
What’s Needed?
Ability to be able to change fluorescent lamps, plunging toilets, cleaning sink traps, hanging items, cleaning
Use hand and power tools
Understand and follow verbal and written instructions
Be self-motivated, multi-task, and demonstrate good problem-solving skills
