This is a job that requires a self-starter, fast learner and very personable candidate who loves what they do and is passionate about what we do and our company. It is a very diverse atmosphere that we are in, and we tend to run a pretty small crew so we need someone who is dependable and can work by themselves or with others.
For this job, food prep and cooking to our standards and specifications is a must. Must greet customers immediately and with utmost respect at all times. We are not fast food, but we do expect the food to go out in a timely manner and to our high standards.
All employees will be cross trained on all duties, from cleaning, to prepping, to cooking and stocking.
This is a labor-intensive job which requires being on your feet for hours and being in the elements. There is not down time usually except for at breaks. Job duties do include lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the day, constant arm and hand movements and lots of standing and walking.
Temperatures can be very cold to very hot, depending on the location and time of year.
Excellent customer service is required at all times. Must be personable and greet the customer every time and with the utmost respect. Must prepare food to our standards and quality and exactness.
Will be cashiering and making change, writing out order tickets, preparing order tickets, preparing orders, expediting orders and prepping food for service.
Use the dishwasher and sinks to clean and maintain the work and common areas.
Cannot have multiple piercings that cannot be removed during service and during work hours as we are in the food service industry.
Any other jobs as needed as we are constantly growing and changing. We will train on all duties.
Ability to work a variety of hours or communicate on your availability to ensure that scheduling conflicts are avoided as much as possible.
Be able to work at multiple sites. We can provide transportation for events outside of Pocatello and Chubbuck.
