Responsibilities: Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and implement innovative solutions for disposable medical devices Lead the design and development of new products, ensuring flawless execution from concept to commercialization Conduct thorough analysis and testing to determine product performance and compliance with regulatory standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering roles, with a proven track record of successfully implementing R&D projects Expertise in disposable medical device design, materials, and manufacturing processes Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO 13485 and FDA guidelines Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to compete effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration At Baxter Healthcare Corporation, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce. The estimated base salary for this position is $88,000 - $110,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or ess than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
