Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Representative to join a team in Plymouth, Minnesota. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and emails, processing orders and returns, and managing relationships with key clients. This is a contract to hire employment opportunity, providing a chance to be part of a dynamic environment that values customer satisfaction and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner

• Manage and prioritize daily tasks to ensure a smooth workflow

• Process customer orders, focusing on direct to consumer sales

• Handle product returns, ensuring that the process is efficient and customer-friendly

• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences

• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary contact within the company

• Manage personal and shared email inboxes, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed

• Leverage customer service skills to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Utilize various software tools, including CRM and Microsoft Excel, to manage customer accounts and track customer interactions

• Multi-task effectively, balancing and prioritizing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Database management is vital for handling customer data

• Experience in managing Customer Accounts is necessary for providing quality service

• Proven track record in achieving Customer Satisfaction is an important requirement, along with an outgoing personality and strong organization skills

• Strong Customer Service skills are necessary for interacting with clients effectively

• Experience in Customer Success roles is essential for ensuring positive customer experiences

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required, retail customer service experience is acceptable too
