Job Description
The Operator I is a versatile role responsible for executing scheduled production orders with the opportunity to work across blending, compression, and packaging departments. The individual will handle the blending of powders, compressing tablets, and operating packaging machinery. This role requires adherence to safety procedures, proper use of personal protective equipment, and compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations to ensure products meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
Execute scheduled production orders across blending, compression, and packaging departments.
Handle the blending of powders and compressing tablets.
Operate packaging machinery efficiently and safely.
Adhere to safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment.
Comply with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations.
Essential Skills

2 years of blending operator experience
2 years of troubleshooting experience
2 years of inspection experience
Why Work Here?
This is a brand new facility that is climate controlled. Currently, there are 50 employees, with growth plans to increase to 150 by the end of next year. This provides an excellent opportunity for contractors to join at the ground level.
Work Environment
The work environment involves a 2nd shift from 3pm-11pm, with the possibility of overtime by staying late or coming in on Saturday. Employees receive a 30-minute paid lunch. The facility is a powder manufacturing environment, which means it can be dusty, and there is a strong cleaning product smell.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
