We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who thrives on helping others and making an impact. If you're detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and enjoy solving problems, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do:
✔ Be the first point of contact – Engage with customers via phone, email, and Salesforce to provide support, process orders, and answer questions.
✔ Track & manage orders – Ensure accuracy in processing purchase orders, RMAs, and quotes while keeping customers informed.
✔ Problem-solve & collaborate – Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues and maintain high service standards.
✔ Keep things organized – Maintain accurate customer records, manage new accounts, update customer portals, and assist with forecasting.
✔ Drive efficiency – Update and distribute weekly reports, track order changes, and assist Sales in gathering necessary customer information.
