Cox & Company, Inc. is seeking an outgoing individual to join our team as a Deicing Assembler. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling composite and electrometric materials with complex fixtures and tooling.
Responsibilities:
Assemble composite and electrometric materials with complex fixtures and tooling Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality of work Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in composite and electrometric material assembly preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex fixtures and tooling Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Requirements
Role and Responsibilities
Mix adhesive RTV, or any other sealing compound. Layup using simple powers tools, and equipment, air press, air tools, riveting equipment, etc. Crimp, spot-weld terminal. Mold cement, T/S check, record resistance. Proficiency Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. Computer Skills
Using scanner for time/attendance/work traveler.
