To ensure that the daily food and beverage service in the lounge is maintained and served to brand standards. 2. Service the Lounge by stocking all food & beverage amenities 3. Monitor Concierge Lounge offerings (hot food, appetizers, etc); 4. Attend to all Concierge Lounge guest needs; 5. Recommend hotel amenities , local attractions and any other events that may be of interest to them ; 6. Focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times in keeping with Marriott's Core Values ; 7. Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way ; 8. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management ; 9. Clean and disinfect public areas; and 10. Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position. 11. The physical demands include, but are not limited to, standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, handling, kneeling, crouching and bending. PM Shift 3-11pm. Weekdays and Weekends
