Deloitte Epic Certified Optime/Anesthesia Specialist in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • Provide support for operations break-fix tickets, standards changes, maintenance and some small projects.

  • Independently drive communications with clients, team members, offshore support team, other cross-functional teams,and third-party vendors daily. Responsibility within all phases of the application support & maintenance including design, build, test, implementation, and maintenance of the application.

Qualifications

Required

  • Must have a current Epic Optime/Anesthesia Specialist Certification

  • 3+ years of recent experience on Epic Support & Maintenance

  • Experience in application design, workflows, build, troubleshooting, testing, and support

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Remote work with the ability to work on-call evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule. Also the ability to travel 10% on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve.

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

  • Limited immigrations sponsorship maybe available

    Preferred

  • Any additional current Epic Certifications

  • Hospital or Clinic operations experience

  • ITIL process knowledge

  • Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Analytical /decision making skills

  • Operate independently or with minimum supervision

  • Excellent written and communication skills
