Huntington National Bank Associate Product Manager - Loyalty/Rewards in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Summary:This Associate Product Manager (APM) role will be focused on Loyalty/Rewards capabilities within the Consumer Credit Card products team. The APM will support senior product managers in the development and management of features and strategies related to rewards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops a thorough knowledge of card products and become a subject matter expert on existing rewards platform features and capabilities.

  • Supports more senior product managers in the building business cases for addressing risks and opportunities and manage the implementation of loyalty/rewards solution all aimed at increasing spend and balance growth, revenue, and profitability.

  • Conducts market research, performs competitive analysis, and gathers user feedback to identify opportunities.

  • Monitors day-to-day KPIs and identify trends, patterns, issues, and elevate to management as appropriate.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (i.e. IT, marketing, phone bank, branch contacts, risk, etc.) to ensure product development aligns with business goals.

  • Assists in defining feature requirements, writing user stories, testing new features, and gathering feedback to ensure quality.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3+ years of product or program management experience, preferably in banking or financial services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within credit card products

  • Experience working with loyalty/rewards platforms

  • Strong attention to detail, focus on process

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to critically analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and make recommendations to remediate issues

  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements for financial institutions and products

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation Range:

$57,000.00-$113,000.00 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
