Overview
PITT OHIO, a $900 million, high service, highly profitable, transportation solutions provider offering SUPPLY CHAIN, GROUND, LTL and TRUCKLOAD services is seeking an AI Business Systems Analyst Summer Intern. This internship position is located at our corporate headquarters in the Strip District area of Pittsburgh, PA.
Responsibilities
• Research AI technologies, services and solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem • List the researched AI technologies, services and solutions, what they are traditionally used for, and generally how they may benefit PITT OHIO from a high level • Then pick one technology and potential benefit for further development and research, then formally present one or more detailed and novel ways to leverage Microsoft AI suite of technologies at PITT OHIO for consideration by PITT OHIO
Qualifications
• Must be majoring in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics and/or another IT/AIT related discipline • Completed at least Sophomore year at a University/College • Minimum GPA of at least 3.0 • Must be competent and proficient in Microsoft Office Software products • Knowledge of Microsoft AI suite of products strongly encouraged • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI or another Business Intelligence software is a plus • Experience with SQL and/or Snowflake are a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement tools • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • Persuasive presentation skills • Fluent command in the English language is required to efficiently communicate with internal and external customers
