UMC is currently seeking a Community Sales and Marketing Director for our Pitman Manor Community.
Pitman Manor, a UMC Community in Gloucester County, our senior community in Pitman New Jersey, is truly integrated into the life of the town. We are part of a beautiful residential neighborhood, near to highways and public transportation with easy access to both Philadelphia as well as the Jersey Shore.
Requirements for a Community Sales and Marketing Director:
High School diploma
3 years of sales experience in hospitality or senior service industry with a focus on CCRC, Assisted Living and Skilled
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a sales process software
Responsibilities for a Community Sales and Marketing Director:
Focus on Sales and Occupancy: Meet the personal and team performance goals by managing sales activity to ensure sales and occupancy goals are Ensures that all prospect inquiries are managed and that timely follow through is maintained in accordance with designated time frames. Supervises the performance of sales counselors, and other sales and marketing team members and actively engages in coaching activities to enhance team performance . Staffs the office to meet business needs which may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
Manage CRM Utilization: Maintains quality data flow for leads and referral Ensures timely and accurate input as appropriate into Aline or other community specific systems. Prepares and maintains accurate and timely reports as required.
Marketing Plan Implementation: In collaboration with UMC Corporate Marketing and Sales team members creates and then executes the community marketing plan. This may include working with a professional advertising Develops community outreach/business development plan to enhance community awareness and generate referrals. Proactively communicates resource needs to the UMC Corporate Marketing and Sales to aid in the development of community marketing and sales budgets annually. Implements marketing events as identified in the tactical marketing plan to attract potential residents and their families. Manages and tracks expenses in accordance with budget and UMC accounting protocols.
Community Leadership Team Member: Maintains effective communication with the Executive Director and other leadership team Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive operations and resident satisfaction. Attends and leads in-services, meetings and community training sessions as needed. Serves as community sales culture leader supporting customer service, hospitality, and sales standards through actions, education and recognition of team members.
Industry Knowledge: Stays updated about relevant operational, competitive and company information to respond effectively to prospect inquiries and community contacts. Attends relevant industry meetings and
Community Brand Ambassador: Maintains consistency with community and UMC brand by following the organization brand standards. Along with community leadership, ensure brand standards are used in all resident and community communication.
