Foley Inc. Energy Services Manager - Power Systems in Piscataway, New Jersey

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage operations of Energy Services business segment and associated team.
  • Develop processes and procedures around internal and external sales functions as related to Energy Services; implement and validate procedures.
  • Evaluate industry trends and market conditions to determine their effect on Foley, Inc. and propose responses related to Energy Services growth.
  • Keep staff abreast of CAT promotions, changes in CAT policies, and CAT specifications.
  • Achieve company business growth strategies and foster teamwork.
  • Monitor competitive activity and adjust marketing strategy. Evaluate promotional activities required and arrange them as per allowed budget.
  • Work with various teams to provide strategic and tactical planning.
  • Visit Customers with Sales Representatives during sales negotiations when necessary.
  • Visit all key customers to build relationships, understand their concerns and operations.
  • Develop plans in coordination with Marketing to secure new business.
  • Monitor expenses and profitability.
  • Develop annual sales forecast and action plan to achieve maximum market share and profit.
  • Oversee quoting, ordering and installation to ensure a positive customer experience. Liaison to vendor partners and Foley, Inc. Sales/Service teams.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of industry related experience. Thorough understanding of the energy service industry and business development techniques
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word.
