We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tool and Die Maker to join our team. As a Tool and Die Maker, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing precision tools, dies, and fixtures used in the manufacturing process. Your expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality parts and components. salary: $58,000 - $62,000 per year

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities
Build and repair tools for press/machine use.
Must be able to troubleshoot, interpret, repair and rebuild all styles of dies to include blank, draw, progressive and secondary forming dies.
Repair dies.
Flat work and surface grinding.
Assemble tools.
Must perform complex layout work.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
-Machine operator or production experience preferred
-Must have thorough working knowledge of shop math
-Must be able to interpret blueprints and GD&T
-Manual machining knowledge, to include Bridgeport surface grinding, engine lathe,
-Willing to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Must have metal fabrication or metal stamping experience.
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
