Observation Unit is a 24-bed rapid paced, medical, and surgical unit that provides high quality care for patients who require active and focus management during an expect length of stay between 8 and 48 hours. The unit focuses on managing patients such as chest pain, CHF, TIA and specific surgical patients according to evidence based, diagnosis specific protocols based. Will be working 72/hrs per pay period as a staff RN for 13 weeks. Benefit status is consistent with casual part time benefits. Former FHC employees and current agency staff are also eligible to apply. At least 1 year recent acute care experience required. NC RN License or Multistate RN License required.
