Full Time Position - 80 hours/bi-weekly pay

Scheurer Family Pharmacy in Pigeon, a part of Scheurer Health, is seeking a full time Pharmacy Technician. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. If you are not currently licensed through the State of Michigan, you must become licensed within one year of hire.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist Pharmacist with process of filling prescriptions
- Processing, filling, and maintenance of medication regimens for 150+ patients residing in patient care homes
- Assist in stock control (inventory, check outdates, stocking, pricing, ordering and monitoring usage)
- Manage accounts receivable
- Assist with retail (Customer service, handling cash, and processing register transactions)
- Answer telephone
- Maintain and file records
- Be able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Assisting in the maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness of the pharmacy
Assist Pharmacist and other staff as needed
