Where you’ll work : Boston, MA; May telecommute from any location within the continental U.S.
Job Duties:
As a Senior Finance Systems Analyst, the position requires:
Act as a NetSuite finance system expert, administrator, and global business partner and collaborate with key stakeholders across Accounting, Finance, and Sales to maintain and continually enhance NetSuite.
Drive and manage system implementations, integrations, and customizations, working with NetSuite certified vendors to establish system connections through the creation and configuration of APIs, Webhooks, SuiteBundles, and other means.
Identify opportunities for automation to increase quality and speed of processes.
Streamline day-to-day processes for billing, customer support, and collections.
Understand all the various touchpoints of data coming in/out of NetSuite, especially relating to integration with other ERP/CRM.
Create and maintain documentation of the system and business processes, including end-to-end process maps.
Provide recommendations to business leadership for design and functionalities related to the customer billing portal, advancing the customer experience across existing self-serving tools.
Bridge communication between users and technical teams by managing UATs (user acceptance tests) and developers’ timelines to implement deployments in test and production system environments to deliver new features and optimizations.
Stay current with new capabilities within NetSuite and look at ways to leverage new capabilities within the ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For:
As a Senior Finance Systems Analyst, the minimum requirements are:
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field and 3 years of experience in ERP or NetSuite administration
Alternatively, will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field and 5 years of experience in ERP or NetSuite administration.
Position requires 3 years of experience in the following:
NetSuite Financial Management functionality, workflows, administration, and configuration;
System integration lifecycle and project and change management;
User acceptance testing procedures;
Maintaining user access and functionality for business continuity, including troubleshooting, configuration, and updates.
Managing ERP vendors;
Finance operations management; and
Customizing financial reporting.
Wage: $142,147.00 to $143,500.00

The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
