Job Summary
Plan and implement scheduled activities assigned that assists in maintaining each resident’s highest functioning level dealing with physical, spiritual and mental well-being aspects.
Follow the individual plan of care for each resident as assigned and maintain documentation of the same.
Maintain equipment, inventory and department area.
Attend in-service training and workshops as assigned to become aware of new developments in the field.
Provide activity of daily living and care to residents.
Performs restorative and rehabilitative services as directed.
Complete appropriate documentation as needed.
Education and Training:
A minimum of high school education or GED required.
Experience in the field of gerontology is preferred by not necessary.
Ability to read, write and follow oral/written directions.
CNA certificate required within 4 months of hire.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm; 72hrs/2wks
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$17.00 - $20.50 per hour
