What you can expect

The XDR Leader will oversee the SDR and BDR teams to ensure alignment with strategy and outcomes. This individual will be tasked with driving new customer acquisition and company growth by qualifying inbound marketing leads and engaging in proactive and targeted outbound prospecting. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic business development skills, performance management, and leadership qualities, along with a consistent history of exceeding individual and team goals.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience leading a substantial sales division comprising of 3 XDRs Managers and 40+ Development Representatives

  • Experience providing second-line sales leadership, leveraging experience in leading sales leaders to drive revenue growth and coach new talent

  • Experience analyzing key performance metrics, report on team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to optimize performance

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align sales development efforts with overall business objectives

  • Experience serving as a key point of contact between XDR teams and both the UpMarket and Mass Market sales teams

  • Experience providing proactive feedback to the Regional Marketing and COE teams regarding lead generation campaigns, and creating effective communication tools for the team

  • Experience Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive onboarding and training program for all XDRs

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$138,500.00

Maximum:

$302,900.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
