The U.S. Consumer Services and Enterprise Digital & Data Technology Team brings together foundational strategic technology capabilities in digital experience engineering (Mobile and Web), AI/ML, marketing technology, enterprise communications, travel and lifestyle, and automation, grounded in our data technology model that prioritizes data governance. It employs a ground-breaking focus with development responsibilities for customer-facing capabilities that deepen and expand digital engagement, as well as core technical capabilities that cut across business lines and customer segments.

This team is specialized in creating and expanding a suite of solutions to power Audience Selection and Activation in the Customer Marketing ecosystem. The team creates and manages various Batch/Realtime Products that are part of the Customer Marketing Platforms. By being part of this team, you will get numerous opportunities to utilize and learn Big Data and GCP cloud technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Entry level ability in software development.

  • Functions as core member of an agile team by contributing to software builds through consistent development practices with respect to tools, common components, and documentation.

  • Collaborate and communicate efficiently with other team members to deliver the assigned tasks.

  • Provides continuous support for ongoing application availability.

  • Learns, understands, participates fully in all team ceremonies, including work breakdown, estimation, and retrospectives.

  • Willingness to learn new technologies and exploit them to their optimal potential, including substantiated ability to innovate and take pride in quickly deploying working software.

  • High energy demonstrated, willingness to learn new technologies and takes pride in how fast they develop working software.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6 months of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spark, Big Data

  • Build and integrate contextual data into actionable visualizations

  • Write and develop custom scripts, programs as needed to format, extract, and transform data

  • Function as member of an Agile scrum team working on prioritized product backlog

  • Analyze/refine business features and user stories with Product Owner to support design and build activities

  • Possess excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skills

  • Implements integration with external systems

  • Understanding of infrastructure platforms, services, and technology processes

  • Self-motivated and driven to identify and deliver appropriate solutions

  • Beginning level understanding of CI/CD process and tools like – Git, Docker, Jenkins, XL Release etc.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $20.00 to $33.65 hourly bonus benefits
