Responsibilities:
- Understanding how to flood and detail with Royal icing
- Experience using a projector to complete detail design
- Able to take and follow direction for successful completion of projects
- Abide by all Cookie Brokers policies and procedures
- Uphold Cookie Brokers image and brand
- Communicate with management about equipment and supplies including problems and maintenance
- Provide management with a daily production sheet
- Keep work area clean and sanitized including tables, equipment and tools
