Position: Senior Accountant (Bilingual Mandarin)

Pay Range: 80K-100K

Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and assume responsibility for diverse accounting functions, ensuring adherence to local accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Take charge of budget preparation, cost accounting, and comprehensive tax planning and implementation for the company.
  • Conduct monthly cost settlements, analyze various expenses, and address abnormal items.
  • Possess expertise in financial operations and familiarity with the SAP system.
  • Record transactions, including expenses and sales revenue, to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage payments to utilities and vendors for supplies, materials, and other expenses.
  • Issue bills to customers to request payment for services or goods rendered.
  • Reconcile accounts, noting debits and credits that have not been posted.
  • Generate requested financial reports to provide insights into the company\'s financial health.
  • Identify and rectify errors resulting from data entry.
  • Other tasks as assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

  • MUST be fluent in Mandarin/Chinese and English
  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in accounting, business, finance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of US financial environment and tax regulations.
  • Experience using multiple different SAP system operations is a PLUS
  • Experience working in international/global businesses preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
