Summary :
The University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS) is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant, People Analytics, to join our dynamic Data and Analytics team, PennDnA. In this role, you will collaborate with people leaders from across departments to develop bold new data-driven strategies for addressing workforce issues. As a Data Analytics practitioner you will help to develop PennDnA’s People Analytics strategy and capabilities to achieve critical organizational goals related to identifying, recruiting, retaining, and developing top talent.
The Senior Consultant will analyze and interpret workforce data to address critical questions within our complex health care organization. You will collaborate with leaders from across departments to understand their business objectives, refine data requests, provide actionable insights, and develop data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities :
Insight Generation: Conduct in-depth analysis of workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Interpret data findings and translate them into actionable insights for a general business audience. Connect data insights with the organization's business strategies and provide recommendations for workforce improvements.
Consultation: Collaborate with leaders to understand their strategic goals, refine data requests, and align data analyses with the organization's data assets. Effectively communicate data findings to a general business audience, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and potential implications for decision-making.
Data Sourcing: Locate and gather data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Reporting: Develop and deliver clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards to present data-driven insights to leaders.
Client Deliverables: Create client deliverables independently. Monitor and report on progress. Work with manager to adjust plans, as needed.
Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by implementing data validation and quality control processes.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop solutions that meet organizational needs. Mentors more junior members of the team.
Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in workforce management and people analytics. Look for opportunities to optimize the team’s processes and workflows.
Education or Equivalent Experience:
Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required)
And 3+ years experience working with large, complex datasets, conducting data analyses, and generating insights.
Proven track record of leading and executing moderately complex projects with minimal oversight
