Talson Solutions, LLC, Philadelphia, PA. Project Manager: Responsible for planning, budgeting, cost and scheduling, procurement, quality assurance and control, contract evaluation, and risk management. Engage with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, sub-contractors to ascertain their project requirements and direct the work of all trades assigned to a construction work site. Oversee multiple projects to ensure conformity with established processes, design criteria, and specifications. Complete projects within the allocated timeframes and budgets. Maintain the accuracy, timeline and coordination of project data and documentation to ensure data integrity. Generate project control matrices (attic stock, warranty, training, etc.) Assist senior management staff with software like Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Reqs: Master's degree in Project Management, Construction Management or closely related field. Alternately, Bach's degree Project Management, Construction Management or closely related field plus 2 yrs prssvly responsible, post-bach exp in job offered or related occupation.
