A variety of important factors are reviewed by HR when considering salary, including job duties, the applicant's education and experience, all relevant internal equity considerations, department budget, and funding source The PCORI Health System Implementation Initiative (HSII) was established to strengthen the capabilities for the effective rollout of new Temple Health projects. This will be achieved by refining implementation approaches, equipping pivotal leadership personnel, and advancing our IT systems, thus broadening our capacity to launch new projects. The PCORI HSII Project Manager will oversee study activities from the initial concept to the final study report. Project-specific tasks include management for the day-to-day activities; overall management of capacity building and HSII activities; work plans to ensure coordination of all components of the project; monitoring the deliverables, Gantt charting and coordinating the activities to support the Co-PIs and the Clinical Application Specialist. Responsibilities include: *  Implement research projects, ensuring alignment with the goal of building capacity and infrastructure to successfully implement PCORI HSII projects *  Improve processes to support the development and management of HSII activities.  Coordinate cross-functional operations to ensure timely execution of HSII activities. *  Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the success of this capacity-building project. *  Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including sponsors, to ensure that Temple Health has the ability to undertake future implementation projects. *  Act as the primary point of contact for project-related queries from PCORI team members and stakeholders.  Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and outcomes. *  Maintain project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Monitor project expenditures and ensure financial objectives are met. *  Ensure projects are executed in compliance with institutional, regulatory, and ethical standards and oversee the quality of research outcomes. *  Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and progress reports. *  Analyze project results and compile findings into clear and concise reports. *  Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any issues or challenges. *  Recommend process improvements to optimize the efficiency and quality of research projects. Performs other duties as assigned Required Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in related field, and at least five years of related experience or a Master's degree and three years of experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Required Skills and Abilities: *  Proven experience as a research project manager or similar role. *  Strong understanding of research methodologies and statistical analysis. *  Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. *  Proficient in project management software and tools. *  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. *  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
