Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Detroit, Michigan and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do Manage information technology projects including software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs throughout the enterprise, utilizing SAP products. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors; develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Participate and lead aspects of information technology projects including proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the SAP community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications. • 50% Travel required nationally • Telecommuting permitted • Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 5 years of related work experience in each of the following: • Utilizing SAP GUI, Process Integration (PI), Process Orchestration (PO), and Cloud Integration Platform (CPI) to manage software development and implementation services utilizing SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), Sales and Distribution (SD), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Transportation Management System (TMS) modules; • Managing and delivering components of engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies, utilizing SAP PI, PO, and CPI; • Managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures; • Tracking application defects, managing defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details, utilizing HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Azure DevOps; • Developing statement of work (SOW) and client proposals, and managing deliverables for every phase of complex implementations for Consumer and Industrial Products or Life Sciences and Health Care clients, using Waterfall, Hybrid Agile, and SAP Activate Methodologies; • Managing full life cycle implementations of complex deliverables by leveraging SAP FICO, SD, SCM, and TMS modules, and building custom applications, using SAP GUI, PI, PO, and CPI; • Conducting training sessions to facilitate SAP systems knowledge transfer, including creating training materials and reference guides; and • Managing business transformation and on-going operations and maintenance services for the full suite of SAP software solutions.
