We are hiring 19 field workers for outdoor work, regardless of weather conditions. This position involves stoop labor and includes the following responsibilities: - Planting, harvesting, watering, and weeding trees and shrubs on the farm - Regular lifting of 25 LBS - Additional duties include weeding, farm cleanup and maintenance, planting crops, installing irrigation lines, and operating various farm machinery such as trucks, tractors, and forklifts. Requirements: Minimum of 1 month of experience in similar work - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Work will occur in Emmet, County, Michigan.

Work schedule is generally 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday. Additional hours may be offered but not required.

Workers will be paid a minimum of $18.15 per hour.

Employer provides housing at no cost to workers who are not reasonably able to return same day to their residence. Separate sleeping rooms and bathroom facilities are designated for male and female workers. Family housing is not available.
