Treasury Operations Analyst - VIE Contract
Location: Belgium, Brussels
Target start date: 01/10/2024
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

Treasury Operations department contributes to the success of the integration of new legal entities within the Treasury Core Model processes and system.

As Treasury Operations Analyst you will support the Treasury Operations team to achieve acting as Business Process Owners and therefore validating the Master Data and any key data within the Treasury Operations responsibilities enabling the start of the User Acceptance Test and in due course the move to production. The team is also focused on acting as Key users and therefore performing training and User Acceptance Test, supporting local users all over the world, ensuring a smooth communication with project teams and contributing to efficient running/enhancement of the processes and system

Main responsibilities:
Supporting Business Process Owners in their critical task of data validation.
Supporting the User Acceptance Test on the Treasury Operations related activities.
Ensuring a good coordination and communication with the Project Implementation teams.
Supporting the In-House Bank management including the European Payment Factory, as well as Corporate Liquidity Management.
Contributing to the Business Continuity Plan update and rehearsal.
About you
Experience:
- Previous experience within Treasury Operations department would be an asset, but is not mandatory.
Soft and technical skills:
Ability to standardize varying data process/inputs.
Strong capabilities in MS Excel, Word, SAP knowledge would only be preferred.
Intellectual agility, curiosity.
Ability to develop strong working relationships with a broad range of individuals.
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Finance / Economics or similar field.
Languages:
- Fluent in English, French knowledge is strongly recommended.
