What are my job responsibilities?
Completes broad scope of technical tasks for Automation system including installation/commissioning,
maintenance and evaluation of customers equipment and systems.
Support Infineon SLA customer at Malaysia northern region.
Manage, collaborate and lead the entire SLA team at Infineon plant site.
As a primary point of contact for SLA-related inquiries from customer, internal teams, and management.
Communicate effectively to address concerns, provide updates, and maintain transparency.
Responsible for the SLA KPIs setting and ensuring that all aspects of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met between Siemens and its customer.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure that service delivery and the SLA team practices align with SLA commitments to meet the customer expectation.
Fully involved in technical design and developments for service offerings.
Supports customer remotely and on-site activity as per contract service level agreement, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting breakdown job for the assigned task and schedule given by the end user.
Contributes to or executes activities for estimation, planning, and review of technical tasks in support of overall project during acquisition, negotiation, and planning.
Sales support on technical and any upcoming project opportunity related to automation job scope.
Ensure all the supporting documents (i.e., Service report) furnish on time after activities completion.
Work out on migration proposal for the obsolete automation system.
Ensure customer satisfaction after job completion and hand over.
On time submission of time sheet for backend process and billing purpose.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Degree holder in Electronics and Electricals.
At least 2-3 years of working experience with Siemens PLC and HMI job related.
Experience in Siemens S7 PLC, HMI and IPC product range.
Knowledge on STEP-7, WinCC, TIA Portal and PCS7 to support on-site activities and project commissioning task.
Certification in SLA management or related fields is a plus.
Experience in handling automation upgrade or migration project.
Excellent in communication, writing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work in various challenging environment.
Able to work as a team and initiative to learn.
Willing to work on the different assign workplace
