JD for Senior Sales Analyst
Timely process of Distributor and Retailer claims in Exceedra system and generate reports for Sales and Finance reporting.
Ensure good control is in place for trade spend management process with clear ownership and compliance with accounting standards.
Take custody of the process and control of trade investment ensuring correct spend is initiated, authorized, processed and paid in accordance with approved procedures/guidelines.
Maintain regular engagement with sales team to ensure all relevant documents are promptly recorded and verified. Liaise directly with customers to ensure all relevant documents related to dealers’ deductions are promptly received. Arrange meeting with customers for collection of documents if required.
Responsible for the tracking and monitoring of trade investment ensuring spend is reflected in the financial accounts accurately and promptly and reconcile with actual claims received.
Responsible for all monthly closing, provision reconciliation and system maintenance relating to sales and trade investment ensuring spend is correctly reflected by customers.
Responsible for pricing maintenance, updating price list and approvals.
Support Trade Marketing and Sales team to assist in any other tasks and projects as and when necessary.

Individual contributor role
Finance reporting / analyst experiences needed
Degree in Accounting/Finance will be an added advantage
