We are currently looking for a Executive - Planning and Reporting.

You'll create an impact by :

• Taking responsibility in preparation of monthly/quarterly/year-end planning and reporting activities and management reports

• Being a process owner for budgeting and planning tool in ASEAN PAC and Middle East and ensuring proper administration of planning tool together with IT in accordance with global guidelines

• Preparing and coordinating annual reorganization activities

• Coordinating and communicating with the global process owners and stakeholders on the planning reporting requirements and processes

• Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of management information cockpit for the different stakeholders in supporting operational excellence controlling

• Ensuring continuous improvement of controlling and reporting processes and systems

• Involving in CF R roadmaps, initiatives and projects and continuous improvement process activities

• Becoming the Topic Matter Expert for topic in the region

• Building awareness and providing training to users on whenever necessary

• Supporting ad-hoc requirement/task

Your defining qualities:

• Degree / Diploma in Accounting and Finance on related qualification or equivalent combination of education and experience

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in similar business analyst and controlling or finance roles, ideally in a Multinational Corporate Controlling environment

• Highly proficient in MS office suite

• Have working knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) and related reporting tools preferred

• Able to work independently, self-motivated, possess analytical skills, ability to adapt to change and strong presentation skill

• Full working rights in Malaysia
