Walmart Manager II, Process Engineer - Supply Chain in Perris, California
Position Summary...
What you'll do...
What you'll do:
-Process Improvement
Deliver expected functional area results through Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analysis and loss elimination.
Create standard work to reduce process variation.
Assist in reviewing and responding to process improvement projects owned by area managers.
New playbooks and provide input to Divisional Focused Improvement Teams on project ideation and replication opportunities.
Lead savings projects within area of responsibility by removing loss from the process.
-Leadership & Management
Manage project execution of top losses in the functional area and assist in building the capacity of other area managers and associates.
Support area loss profile analysis and performance metrics.
-Associate Engagement & Development
Support Department Managers with WPS programs, projects, associate engagement, and KPI improvements within process area.
Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
What you'll bring:
5+ years of proven experience as a Process/Industrial Engineer or similar role.
Expertise in 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and time and motion studies.
Experience with automation and robotics in logistics is a big plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $66,560.00-$139,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).

Microsoft Office Suite, analytical skills
Process or Value Stream Simulation knowledge
