This is a Temporary Seasonal Foreign Labor Certification (H-2B) job posting.

Position Offered

4 temporary, full time, seasonal Pool Construction Laborers needed for Frog's Pool Renovations and Repairs Inc. in Bucks County, PA

Dates

04/01/2025- 11/30/2025

Salary

$27.82 per hour. Scheduled work hours are 40 hours per week from 6:30am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday depending on weather conditions. Workers will make up on Saturday if weather conditions are poor on weekday. Employees will receive one hour paid lunch from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. Overtime is not available. Employer will use single work week to compute wages. The pay period will be weekly. Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by Federal, State and Local Law. The employer's job offer is offered to all U.S. workers no less than the same benefits, wages, and working conditions that the employer is offering, intends to offer, or will provide to H-2B workers.

Requirements

No experience required. No education required. The employer will provide on the job training in the proper use and maintenance for power tools and equipment.

Duties

Duties include: Assisting with demolition- Remove the pool cover using hand tools, use water pump to drain the pool, remove tile and brick/coping with jack hammers, remove pool concrete deck (if needed), dig to find pipes, and detect leaks, and use pressure washer to clean pool surface. Assisting with installation and modification of tile and coping- Use tile cutter to cut tiles and coping, use cement mixer to lay cement around the pool and assist with cementing the tiles and coping onto the concrete pool, and power wash to clean up. Site clean up after job completion- use blowers and mower to clean the backyard after pool renovations.

Housing

Housing provided by the Employer is optional. Workers are free to choose their own housing options. If the worker chooses the Employer's housing, it is free of cost to the worker.

Miscellaneous

H-2B workers will be reimbursed by check in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees) incurred by the H-2B worker. Employer will provide at no cost or deposit charge to worker, all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned in accordance with 20 CFR 655.20(k). The employer guarantees to offer worker for hours equal to at least three-fourth of workday in each 12 week period of the total employment period.

Worksites

Workers will be required to travel to multiple worksites throughout Bucks County, PA daily to private residence and commercial properties as designated by the employer.

Transportation

Workers are responsible for daily transportation to and from the designated pick up location at 14 Kintner Hill Road, Upper Black Eddy, PA 18972. Employer will then provide each work crew with daily transportation to and from the worksites location to the private residential and commercial worksites.

Inbound/Outbound Transportation

If worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence by check from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of emplo ment. The economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
