OVERVIEW The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for maintaining an efficient and smoother operation of all company job sites.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • 1+ years of related experience preferred, but not required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in office management or admin assistant preferred
  • Ability to be on your feet and lifting heavy objects throughout the day

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures assigned equipment is in proper working order and available for use.
  • Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
  • Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly.
  • Coordinates with outside vendors and contractors needed for all building and equipment maintenance (i.e. HVAC, electrical, elevators, copiers, cleaning crews, etc.).
  • Implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
  • Ensures safety standards are followed throughout the facility.
  • Provide backup phone coverage for the receptionist as needed.
  • Maintains inventory of firm wide office and janitorial supplies; reorders as needed.
  • Oversee building security system; point of contact for emergency alerts.
  • Assist Firm Administrator with Excel spreadsheets, reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods standing and walking throughout facilities.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain equipment and buildings.
  • Must be able to perform work in a variety of weather conditions.

PAY| $18-$21 DOE SCHEDULE| Regular Business Hours, Mon - Fri REQUIREMENTS|Must passpre-employmentbackground checkanddrug test.High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of related experience preferred Position offered by no fee agency.
