Job Description:

• Handle full sets of accounts for the Singapore entity (e.g. journals, balance sheet recon, bank recon).

• Liaise with auditors for statutory audit and all tax filings for the local entity.

• Perform daily Accounts Payable duties / Expense Claims / Payments.

• Handle and Maintaining Fixed Asset records in the Oracle (e.g. tagging, transfer, capitalization).

• Meeting with the Fixed Asset requestors on regular basic.

• Review Open PO status.

• Be responsive to presentations and deliverables to corporations in a dynamic environment.

• New System implementation and ad-hoc projects.

• Any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

  Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of statutory audit experience

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Familiar with Oracle is an added advantage.

• Knowing the Fixed Assets concept and related working experiences

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Able to work under stress.

• Good Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot Table etc.)

  Education:

• Diploma or Degree is preferred or pursuing equivalent with relevant hands-on experience.
