Research conditions in online markets, digital media space (digital platforms, websites, social media); Gather information to determine potential sales of A/C products, helping plan digital marketing and advertising campaigns (using copywriting, and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop); Gather information on competitors, prices, sales, ways of marketing and distribution; Analyze web metrics, on Google search engine, and use search marketing tactics such as SEO and SEM, and develop recommendations and techniques to increase ranking and visibility of A/C products; Collect and analyze data (using Microsoft Suite products including Excel spreadsheet software), such as customer demographics, preferences, needs and wants, buying habits, and prepare findings and reports; Research into potential markets and areas of product demand (target audience and segmentation); Research into marketing strategies (positioning and branding) and consumer opinions; Measure and assess satisfaction amongst customers and employees; Research and assess websites of competitors and other products/companies (using full stack web development, HTML, CSS, SQL, Javascript).
