ManpowerGroup RMA Logistics Coordinator in Peachtree Corners, Georgia
Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking an RMA Logistics Coordinator to join their team. As an RMA Logistics Coordinator , you will be part of the Service Logistics department supporting the efficient processing of return materials. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: RMA Logistics Coordinator
Location: Peachtree Corners, GA
Shift: Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm (8-hours), OT is required based on business needs.
Pay Range: $20 - $22
What's the Job?
Process, disposition, and track service return materials (RMAs).
Receive and manage field returns, ensuring safe handling and proper inventory placement.
Expedite shipments of repairable items to and from external service providers.
Control return material storage and manage discrepancies to enable efficient RMA processing.
Actively participate in the Continuous Improvement program to enhance logistics processes.
What's Needed?
1-2 years of related experience or 2-4 years of relevant external experience.
Experience in operating material-handling equipment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of ERP Business Information Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to lift materials up to 35 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
